History

At Middlewich Primary School, we want our children to develop a real enthusiasm for learning about the past. Children explore a wide range of history – from local stories to events from across Britain and the wider world. They learn to understand chronology and how different periods of history link together. By looking at lots of different sources, children also begin to ask questions and think carefully about how we know what we know. We love bringing history to life with trips, special visitors, and hands-on experiences – all helping to make learning memorable and fun.
