Our Family Support Team

Mrs Bertoni

My name is Mrs Bertoni and the main role of my job is to work with pupils who need support in their social and/or emotional development, behaviour and academic achievement in order that they can achieve their full potential.

I also work with parents and carers as necessary, and liaise with other agencies to secure the best interest of the pupils who are being supported.

Miss Wilson

Hello, my name is Miss Wilson and my main role at Middlewich Primary School is to work alongside Mrs Bertoni as part of the pastoral team.  

I love getting to know and working with a variety of children in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.  I provide support with friendships, self-esteem, emotions as well as academic work. It is lovely building trusting relationships with each child and watching them make progress and thrive.  

Many children will see me around school and may already know me as I also work alongside year groups.
